Is this a ready-made product?
No. It's built for you on a base we've already proven, because every company's files, products and rules are different. That's why the first step is a free demo on your own data, not a sales video.
Our data is a mess. Is that a problem?
No. Cleaning it is part of the job. You get a list of every missing, duplicate or conflicting row we find, so you can fix it at the source too.
What does it cost?
The demo on your data is free. After that, a fixed price for a pilot on one product line, agreed before any work starts, then a small monthly fee for updates and running costs. You'll get an actual number on the first call.
Is our data safe?
It's stored on a private server in India, your office machine or your own cloud account, with staff logins and a full log. If a cloud AI model is used, your questions are sent to it to be answered, so we use providers that don't train on your data. If nothing may leave the building, it can run on a local model instead.
What if it gives a wrong answer?
Every answer shows its source, so anyone can check it in one tap. It says when it doesn't know instead of guessing. And accuracy is measured on your own questions before go-live and after every catalogue update.
Do my staff need training?
If they can use WhatsApp, they can use it. There's a 30-minute session at handover.
You're one person. What if you're unavailable?
Everything runs on your side, in plain files and a standard database that you own, with written handover notes. It keeps working without me, and any competent developer can maintain it.
